電機(jī)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題永遠(yuǎn)也繞不開(kāi)對(duì)諧波的優(yōu)化,雖然Maxwell后處理中自帶了快速FFT功能,但是該功能無(wú)法輸出某次諧波的幅值作為優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)函數(shù),很多工程師一直認(rèn)為Maxwell無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)功能,事實(shí)上,Maxwell的后處理程序中包含了豐富的數(shù)學(xué)函數(shù)庫(kù),我們?cè)诶斫饬薋FT理論的基礎(chǔ)上,可利用這些數(shù)學(xué)函數(shù)庫(kù)編寫(xiě)表達(dá)式抽取出任意次數(shù)的諧波幅值并作為優(yōu)化的目標(biāo),但是這樣操作略顯麻煩,也容易出錯(cuò),因此我們編寫(xiě)了專門(mén)用于一維傅里葉變換的Maxwell UDO腳本,本次教程通過(guò)反電勢(shì)、氣隙磁密、電磁力三個(gè)例子介紹該腳的使用方法,希望對(duì)各位電機(jī)工程師有所幫助。
